At Brunswick Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your specific billiard equipment.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
